Business Intelligence data: In order to assess the suitability of an investment, AR will collect data on the Key People at an Investment Firm such as name, email addresses, telephone numbers, biography, and previous employment.
Client data: In order to provide you with AR's services, it will be necessary for us to process certain personal information such as names, telephone numbers and email addresses.

Business Intelligence data: Your personal details are used by AR to produce reports requested by our clients.
Client data: Your personal details are held on secure servers for the purpose of contacting you in the course of supplying our services to you. We may contact you occasionally to offer additional services which we think may be of benefit to you.

You have the right to obtain information regarding the processing of your personal data and request access to any personal data concerning you that AR is processing. In the process of providing our service and information about AR, we may receive certain personal data, such as the name, address, email and/or telephone number or other contact of prospective clients. In such circumstances, the personal data of that contact may be retained on a general contact database that is maintained by AR, or in AR's email storage system, for as long as is necessary to process the personal data for the purpose for which AR is using it, or to comply with our legal obligations.
